About

Me

I am a professionally qualified massage and bodywork therapist based in central London, with a strong focus on anatomical mapping and nervous system regulation. My work centres on relieving pain and tension while helping clients understand how their body functions as an integrated system.

My practice is informed by my background in personal training and clinical mental health counselling. I have extensive experience supporting clients through tailored strength and mobility work, alongside postgraduate training in psychodynamic psychotherapy and mental health counselling. I have also led mindfulness groups and taught meditation.

This work reflects my long-standing interest in both inner and physical life: how people experience their bodies, how strain and tension develop, and how attentive practice supports lasting physical and emotional balance.

My practice brings these strands together in a grounded and professional way, with an emphasis on presence, care, and responsibility.

How I Work

I offer massage and bodywork focused on muscular injury recovery, tension relief, and nervous system regulation. I work with the body as a whole, connecting areas of discomfort to the wider structural patterns that contribute to them.

Sessions are guided by anatomical understanding and close attunement to what is happening in the body. Pressure is applied carefully and deliberately, allowing tissue to respond and the nervous system to settle.

I help clients recognise where they are holding tension and how compensatory movement and postural patterns are shaping their discomfort. Where appropriate, I provide clear guidance for maintaining balance outside the treatment room.

My work suits people who value discretion, consistency, and a serious approach to physical care. Many clients attend regularly to maintain physical and nervous-system wellness within the demands of contemporary life.
