The Practice

Sessions are offered by appointment in a quiet, private setting. Each begins with a short consultation to understand current concerns and how the body is being used in daily life.

Treatments draw on Swedish, deep-tissue, and mobilisation techniques, alongside a mindfulness-informed approach to nervous system regulation. I work through anatomical mapping and careful attunement to address not only areas of tension, but the structural patterns that create them.

Throughout the session, I communicate clearly to support awareness of how tension develops and how the body is being used. At the end of each session, I provide personalised feedback and practical recommendations to support ongoing physical balance.

All sessions are delivered with professionalism, discretion, and respect for comfort and boundaries.
